This position is located at the Qualified Recycling Program.

Duties

  • Performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions in support of the activity to which assigned.
  • Receives and reviews incoming documents for completeness taking or coordinating and tracking required action.
  • Establishes and maintains offices files in accordance with regulatory guidance/procedures.
  • Responds to customer inquires and complaints providing general information and assistance concerning office function established procedures etc.
  • May be responsible for automated time and attendance processing.
  • May perform a variety of complex typing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one-year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 para.2.
  • Incumbent may also required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

- Progressively responsible clerical experience which involved the use of calculations and personal computers to include Microsoft Office.
- Ability to type 40WPM.

Allowances and Differentials
  • This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
  • Non-foreign overseas allowances cost of living (COLA) and differentials will not be paid contingent upon eligibility.
