The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting updating and managing property client and transaction data on various systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update property listings client records and transaction details in CRM MLS or internal databases
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and maintain digital files contracts and supporting documents
- Assist with updating listing information on real estate platforms and websites
- Track changes corrections and updates to records as needed
- Generate basic reports related to listings sales or rentals
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
- Communicate progress and issues clearly with the assigned contact person
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry administrative support or similar roles
- Familiarity with real estate terminology CRM systems or MLS platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and/or Google Workspace
- Reliable internet connection and computer for remote work
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
