Job Summary

This is a Day Shift position Monday Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Learn and apply SEL Values and Principles of Operation.

2. Learn the concepts of World ClassManufacturing andconsistently apply them to continually improve and simplify processes in your area.

3. Learn and perform daily materials andreceivingtasks to achieve customer expectations for service and delivery by reading and following area documentation andoperatingmobile equipment.

4. Improve performance by learning from previous experience others accepting newassignmentsand by openly receiving regular feedback.

5. Work cooperatively within a team environment.

6.Maintaina safecleanand organized work area and equipment.

7. Model and apply SEL Values Principles of Operations and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

8. Understand. Create. Simplify.

9. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Ability to listencomprehend and follow instructions

Basic math documentation reading writing and communication skills

Manual dexterity and ability to concentrate

Ability tofrequentlylift 40 pounds

Adhere to SELs tobacco-free policy

Compliance with heightened periodic drug testing for operators of SEL vehicles
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)

Experience in forklift truck operation
