Salary: $31 - $35 depending on experience and qualification plus penalties/loading

About the opportunity
Our small boutique home operates on the traditional model of residential aged care combining both low and high care needs for our residents in our 45 bed facility. Set at the base of the Dandenong Mountains in beautiful Montrose we thrive on being part of the community and fostering a family like environment for our residents.

Position Purpose:
To provide care to residents in accordance with care plans Aged Care Standards and policies and procedures of Mercy Health.
To provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care.
To work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information required for ANNAC assessment and classification.
Participation in the quality process.

NDIS Screening Check OR a current Police Check and application for an NDIS screening check.
