About the Role

As a Team Assistant within Client Services you will be joining a supportive collaborative team and willbe responsible forprovidinga high levelof administration and operational support to the Business Services groupin our Perth office.

Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant you will thrive in a busy environment and work with your colleagues to ensure processes within the team are efficient and streamlined.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • General administrative assistance for the Business Services team

  • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail

  • Lodgement of ATO tax returns BAS and other forms as required.

  • Assist with expense claims credit card reconciliation and disbursements.

  • Prepare client engagement and onboarding documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with BDO standards.

  • Assist with corporate secretarial work including preparation and lodgement of ASIC documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and document management systems in relation to clients engagements and opportunities.

  • Assist with service line meetings and internal events coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist with the preparation of fees and responding to fee queries

  • Provide support for staff onboarding and departures.

  • Respond to client queries in a timely manner.

  • Answer and redirect phone calls professionally and take accurate messages.

  • Support the Senior Executive Assistant and Client Services Team

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in an administration role is preferable but not essential.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail

  • Be flexible to work within a team and autonomously demonstrating a proactive manner and willingness to learn.

  • An ability to meet strict deadlines and thrive in a busy fast-paced environment.

  • Be advanced in using the full Microsoft Office suite.
