JOB SUMMARY
Under moderate direction the Application Analyst is responsible for configuring modifying testing and maintaining software applications. Builds collaborative relationships with hospital leadership IS and other departments to facilitate usage and acceptance of the system. May be assigned to more complex build and configuration tasks and resolve advance issues. Provides second-tier support to end users to ensure reliable application system availability and performance. May be responsible for system integrity.JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Associate degree in business or technology field- preferred
Certification & Licensures:
- Additional IT related certification may berequired. (i.e. additional areas of expertise project management or other post-secondary education degree)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience- required
