Job Description: Compliance Analyst at Holy City Pediatric Therapy
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conducting internal audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implementing corrective actions
- Developing and maintaining policies and procedures related to compliance
- Training staff on compliance policies and procedures
- Monitoring changes in regulations and updating internal processes accordingly
- Responding to compliance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing and submitting reports to regulatory agencies
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field such as Business Law or Healthcare
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance or a related field
- Experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting is preferred
- Knowledge of pediatric therapy regulations and best practices
