Our consumerfacing directtoconsumer business operates as Spring Step Shoes and this role is dedicated to growing that channel through compelling content social engagement and brand storytelling.
Were searching for a handson Social Media & Communications Coordinator to own and elevate the Spring Step Shoes brand across social content and community. This is a highly executional role for someone who can think creatively move quickly and understands how content creators and commerce work together to drive both brand affinity and revenue.
This position is fully onsite and works closely with Creative leadership Ecommerce and Marketing to execute a cohesive brandled vision across the channel.
What Youll Own
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution (Spring Step Shoes)
- Manage the social presence for Spring Step Shoes across Instagram TikTok Facebook Pinterest YouTube and LinkedIn
- Execute platformspecific strategies rooted in storytelling comfort craftsmanship fit and everyday lifestyle
- Create shoot edit and publish highquality photo and video content (Reels TikToks Stories lifestyle product and instore content)
- Engage with followers respond to comments and DMs and actively grow brand community
2. Social Commerce & Revenue Growth
- Create productforward content designed to drive traffic engagement and conversion
- Leverage shoppable posts product tagging shortform video and platform commerce tools
- Partner closely with Ecommerce to align content with promotions launches and key selling periods
- Identify repeatable content formats that influence addtocart and purchase behavior
3. Influencer Creator & Community Partnerships
- Identify source and manage creators and influencers who authentically resonate with the Spring Step Shoes customer (with a strong connection to younger styleforward audiences while remaining authentic to our comfortdriven customer)
- Manage gifting programs briefs timelines usage rights and content approvals
- Negotiate partnerships paid collaborations and longerterm ambassador relationships
- Track performance to identify highROI creators and refine partnership strategy
4. Brand Communications & Storytelling
- Communicate brand voice and storytelling for Spring Step Shoes across social and digital touchpoints
- Support key announcements launches collaborations and seasonal brand narratives
- Ensure consistent tone messaging and visual standards across all content
5. Content Capture & Creative Support
- Capture content at photoshoots instore moments launches events and trade shows
- Produce behindthescenes content recap videos and highlight reels
- Support Marketing and Ecommerce with socialfirst visuals for campaigns email ads and website use
- Maintain an organized and searchable content library
6. Analytics Insights & Optimization
- Track KPIs across engagement growth content performance influencer results and social commerce
- Build clear monthly performance summaries with insights and recommendations
- Use data to guide creative direction creator strategy and content optimization
- Stay ahead of platform trends content formats and audience behavior
What Were Looking For
Fashion Sensibility & Brand Instinct
- Strong eye for fashion color styling materials and visual storytelling
- Ability to connect authentically with a younger styleconscious audience while respecting the brands comfort and craftsmanship roots
HandsOn Creative
- Proven ability to shoot and edit highquality photo and video content
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Comfortable producing both fastmoving content and polished brand assets
Influencer & Partnership Experience
- Experience sourcing and managing influencer and creator relationships
- Understanding of creatorled growth brand ambassadors and social proof
- Confidence negotiating collaborations and evaluating performance
Strategic & Organized Communicator
- 2 years managing social for consumer brands (fashion footwear or lifestyle preferred)
- Strong copywriting skills across captions campaigns and brand messaging
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
Collaborative Team Player
- Comfortable partnering with Ecommerce Creative Marketing and Leadership
- Proactive accountable and executionfocused
