How Youll Help Us Connect the World
As a Global Planning Intern you will contribute to key initiatives within the Connectivity and Cable Solutions organization. Youll collaborate closely with teams across Demand Planning Supply Planning and Distribution Planning to strengthen our S&OP processes refine documentation and support execution strategies. This role is based in Shakopee MN.
You Will Make an Impact By
Partnering with the Planning Center of Excellence to develop and document a comprehensive S&OP Playbook
Supporting Planning teams by reviewing ABC-XYZ analyses and helping optimize inventory levels across international locations
Creating and enhancing management dashboards within Microsoft PowerBI and/or SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to support S&OP activities
Required Qualifications for Consideration
Currently pursuing a bachelors degree (rising sophomores juniors or seniors) or a masters degree in Supply Chain Business Management or Operations Management from an accredited university
Demonstrated academic success with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Skilled in Microsoft Excel
Must have unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
