What you will do:
We are building the next generation of intelligent automation in B2C segment combining data AI and automation to redesign how business processes work end-to-end. This is not a traditional BI or RPA role. You will work hands-on with Generative AI machine learning and data pipelines to create real production-ready solutions that impact thousands of customers.
Applied AI & Machine Learning
Design and implement GenAI-powered solutions
Work with LLMs prompt engineering and modern AI frameworks
Develop ML models to optimize and automate business processes
Data & Analytics Engineering
Build end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using multiple data sources
Deliver actionable insights and tools to improve operational efficiency
Develop data-driven applications for the B2C segment
Automation & Process Innovation
Design end-to-end automations integrating AI data and business systems
Develop solutions using tools like chatbots APIs and workflow automation
Collaboration & Impact
Work directly with business teams to identify high-impact use cases
Translate real-world problems into scalable technical solutions
Ensure solutions are usable maintainable and adopted

What are we looking for
- 35 years of experience in Data AI or Software Engineering
- Degree or masters on technological areas such as: Electrical and computer engineering Applied Mathematics and Computation Computer engineering Data Science other degrees relevant to the role.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Experience with data platforms (Azure Databricks)
- Solid understanding of data pipelines and analytics
- Interest or experience in Generative AI (LLMs embeddings prompt engineering)
Nice to have:
- Power BI / Domo
- RPA tools (e.g. UiPath)
- Experience working in Agile teams
