Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about taking evolving products to market and driving strategic growth in the mobile networking domain. This role demands a unique blend of technical depth business acumen and leadership skills to define product strategy build compelling roadmaps and execute go-to-market plans in collaboration with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define product vision and strategy for next-generation networking solutions (5G and 4G Packet Core).
Prioritize features based on customer and market feedback; build compelling product roadmaps.
Identify upsell opportunities and create pricing strategies for software licensing.

Go-to-Market Leadership
- Lead cross-functional execution involving executive management engineering marketing operations technical documentation and sales.
- Deliver impactful customer presentations showcasing product value and differentiation.
- Guide development of sales tools and enablement content to support global sales teams.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Act as a coach for global sales teams on product strategy value proposition and competitive differentiation.
- Engage with customers to gather insights and validate product concepts.
Pricing & Marketing
- Contribute to software pricing strategies that align with business goals.
- Work with marketing teams to create compelling marketing content for product launches and campaigns.

Job Requirements

Required Skills

Passion for taking early-stage products to market.
Expertise in product strategy roadmap development and feature prioritization.
Strong cross-functional leadership and team management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Technical Expertise

Proven ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies.
Deep knowledge of mobile networking markets:
- Cloud Native architecture (OCP AWS etc.)
- 5G Packet Core and related NFs
- Policy Control and Charging (PCRF PCF OCS CHF)
- 4G/LTE EPC (Evolved Packet Core)
- eMBB mMTC/Cellular IoT URLLC NTN NPN Solutions
- IMS VoIP

Ideal Candidate Profile

10-15 years of product management experience in telecom or cloud networking.
Demonstrated leadership in bringing cross-functional teams together for successful product launches.
Customer-focused strategic thinker with strong presentation skills.
