Job Summary

A well-established independent senior school in Nottinghamshire is seeking a passionate and academically strong Teacher of History to join its successful Humanities faculty. The Role

You will teach History across Key Stages 35 including GCSE and A-Level. The curriculum is broad and academically rigorous covering British European and global history with a strong emphasis on source analysis extended writing and independent research.

Lessons are discussion-rich and encourage pupils to question interpretations evaluate evidence and develop confident well-structured arguments. At Sixth Form students are highly engaged and enjoy seminar-style teaching and independent study projects.
