A highly respected Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a dedicated compassionate and enthusiastic English Teacher to join its supportive and specialist teaching team.

English Teacher Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in English or a closely related subject

• QTS (e.g. PGCE SCITT)

• Experience teaching English ideally within an SEN or inclusive setting

• Strong understanding of adaptive teaching strategies and differentiated curriculum delivery

• Legal right to work in the UK

• Excellent classroom management communication and organisational skills

• A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs and promoting inclusive education
