Your impact

As the Product Manager for Marketplaces & Franchises you will be the accountable lead for one of Mollies most strategic distribution channels. Our Connect domain is expected to drive a significant amount of Mollies growth over the next five years the Marketplaces and Franchises space has its foundation in place and comes with the potential to fundamentally evolve Mollies partner business model

This is a high-ownership strategic role. You wont just be executing a pre-defined roadmap; you will be Mollies resident expert tasked with discovering validating and prioritizing opportunities that could transform how marketplaces handle payments. Youll navigate senior stakeholders and build strong business cases for products that directly impact our net revenue.

What youll ship

Set the Vision & Strategy: Define the long-term product vision for Marketplaces and Franchises identifying how Mollie can become the leader in this high-growth sector.
Drive Commercial Success: Co-develop commercial strategies with your counterparts to ensure our product remains competitive and directly contributes to Mollies bottom line.
Own the Roadmap: Discover and validate new product opportunities prioritizing the roadmap to deliver maximum impact for our partners and merchants.
Lead Delivery: Partner closely with an Engineering Manager and a dedicated team of engineers (based in Milan) to bring high-quality API-driven solutions to life.
Navigate Stakeholders: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership effectively communicating your vision and securing buy-in for key initiatives.

What youll bring

4 years of experience in Product Management ideally within a scale-up environment.
Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of Marketplaces Embedded Finance or API-first products.
Zero-to-One Mindset: Proven track record of taking a product from initial vision through to successful delivery and scale.
Technical Fluency: Strong experience building external or internal-facing APIs and a deep understanding of technical product delivery.
Strategic Communication: Ability to apply structured thinking and communication to navigate complex problems and influence senior stakeholders.
Go-to-Market: A strong focus on driving commercial success with a track record of driving commercial outcomes in partnership with Sales teams
Collaborative Spirit: A curious mindset and an openness to coaching thriving in an environment where cross-functional teamwork is essential.
