Job Responsibilities

Assist in liaising with and supporting KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) creator teams communicating content direction and posting guidelines to enhance overall brand exposure on short video platforms
Support the daily operations and content planning for TikTok and YouTube Shorts continuously monitoring platform trends popular content and topics
Use AI tools to assist in creating visual materials including images and short videos to support content production and distribution
Assist in completing short video editing tasks including basic editing pacing control subtitling and simple content optimization
Maintain efficient communication with brand marketing and regional teams to ensure social media content aligns with the overall brand direction
Assist in basic data organization and content review summarizing content performance and optimization strategies

Requirements

Internship position (full-time interns preferred) able to use English as a working language (written and basic communication)
Strong interest in social media operations for TikTok and YouTube Shorts with an understanding of platform content ecosystems popular formats and recommendation algorithms
Experience with or willingness to learn using AI tools for image or content-assisted creation
Experience with KOC/content creators is a plus but not required
Possess basic to intermediate short video editing skills such as pace editing subtitling and simple visual packaging
Strong execution ability high learning motivation responsible and willing to continuously optimize and grow within projects
