What the job involves
Being the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile clients
Leading and coordinating the delivery of branding and communication projects
Building trusted long-term client relationships through clarity and confidence
Managing projects across planning production finance maintenance and reporting
Presenting weekly monthly and quarterly project and brand status reports
Supporting strategic planning through ad-hoc reporting and insights
Taking ownership of project scope timelines budgets and resourcing
Managing changes in scope and clearly communicating impact to clients
Ensuring quality assurance processes and approvals are followed rigorously
Working closely with creative production technical and finance teams
Contributing to revenue recognition through accurate reporting to finance
Proactively identifying and solving problems before they escalate
What you need to be considered
A Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
A minimum of 6 years experience in client service or account management within a brand or creative agency
Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and complex projects
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets
Confidence juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and a naturally organised way of working
Proficiency in project management tools and systems
A valid drivers licence and own car

Have experience working across pan-African or multi-market brands
