What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Administrative support including answering and routing incoming telephone calls; processing mail courier; meeting preparation and arrangements; ordering and maintaining office supplies; and maintaining general office equipment
- Managing and maintaining Westerns Print Portal (vendor management user access and trouble support document management)
- Maintaining office equipment for all branches and regional and head offices
- Providing support for lease renewals certificates of insurance and business license renewals including database maintenance
- Providing administrative support for various Facility and Office Services maintenance schedules
- Assisting as required in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) inspections assessments and fire drills
- Managing and maintaining employee access security cards and parking passes under prescribed procedures monitoring visitor logbook and issuance of visitor badges
- Reviewing processing and reconciling orders and invoices in adherence to financial control procedures; including investigating and resolving discrepancies and other issues

- Proven history of professional communication both written and verbal
- Customer service focused and ability to plan prioritize and schedule effectively
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
