The Opportunity
For our Finance Division we are looking for an experienced individual to join our great team in Greece as aJr Financial Specialist.
Main purpose of the role
Supporting the collection efforts/calls for accounts receivable portfolio.
Provide support and information to the sales colleagues and Sr. Financial and CreditAnalyst to optimize the credit situation.
What Youll do
CREDIT CONTROL AND COLLECTION - DIRECT
Organize and manage collection activity directly to hospital Administration personnel in areas designated as direct. Leads the debt collection process for assigned customers.
Contacts customers by phone email and mail to recover a debt.
Keeps notes and records of all communications and actions.
Answers questions customers have about billing statements.
Keeps track of payment due dates and sends reminders.
Investigates billing errors and disputes and follows up with customers.
Sends necessary paperwork to customers and credit bureaus promptly.
Maintains confidentiality and the utmost discretion.
Provide office support for banking activities.
CREDIT CONTROL AND COLLECTION - INDIRECT
Co-ordinate and facilitate the flow of documentation by the collectors
Control and review collection commissions monthly
Ensure all standing Quality Procedures are followed
Required qualifications & background
School or University qualifications: High School Diploma or Degree Level
Knowledge and skills : Good PC knowledge
Ability in coordinating projects and working with external consultants.
Team player
Good communication skills & interpersonal skills
Analytical
