Job Summary

Join us at the Newly Renovated Homewood Suites Pittsburgh Southpointe.

Are you someone who likes to stay active take pride in a clean environment and support a great team Were looking for a dependable Houseperson / Lobby Attendant to help keep our hotel looking its best and to support our housekeeping team and guests.

What Youll Do --

Support the housekeeping team by collecting soiled linens and restocking supplies
Clean and maintain public areas including hallways restrooms lobby spaces and back-of-house areas
Assist with guest requests such as delivering extra towels pillows cribs or other items
Vacuum dust polish furniture and clean floors and common areas
Remove trash and debris from interior and exterior areas including garage and driveway spaces
Assist with carpet shampooing and floor care (training provided)
Put away incoming supplies and keep storage areas organized
Help maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members

What Were Looking For

A positive team-oriented attitude
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Dependable and able to follow hotel safety and cleanliness standards
Willingness to stay active and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Prior hotel or cleaning experience is helpful but not required well train the right person!

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift push or pull up to 20 pounds
Frequent bending standing walking and reaching
Ability to perform cleaning and light maintenance tasks safely
