Job Summary

Your mission

We are looking for a Partner Success Specialist to work with our sports clubs in the Randstad region.
As a Partner Success Specialist youll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships between sports clubs and Playtomic. If you are someone who has a tremendous amount of energy curiosity and is persuasive this is the role for you!

What youll be doing

  • Create long-term relationships with our top partners through proactive and regular communication supporting in everything they need and building engagement to our platform. This includes weekly and monthly business reviews and face-to face meetings.
  • Improve operational performance of our partners making sure we always deliver the best service to our players while increasing Playtomics revenue
  • Have a deep knowledge of our platform and be always up-to-date of the new releases our product team announces.
  • Onboard new partners to our platform by providing them with all the information and tools they need to start working.
  • Leverage data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends provide actionable insights to partners and drive informed decision-making across all accounts.
  • Win new clubs through inbound and outbound leads
  • Reduce partner churn by maintaining a very close relationship and being their preferred partner.
  • Identify and analyze the needs of churned and inactive partners in order to build an action plan for reactivation

Who youll be playing with

Youll be working closely with and reporting to the Regional Manager. Youll be part of a wider team of Partner Strategy Consultants each managing their own region.

Our Ideal Player

  • 1-3 years of work experience in Account Management Customer Service Sales or Customer Success roles
  • Tech savvy: Experience with Hubspot other CRMs expertise Google Sheets
  • Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solver highly organized detail oriented and decisive
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth and high-performance organization

  • Project management experience
  • Experience in Padel Industry
  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus !
  • Racket-sports lover!
