HRVault aims to transform our HR department into a more digital customer-centric function by providing a centralized digital repository for all employee documents.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing and scanning of employees records
Prepare documents for scanning; scanning; and destruction.
Ensure high quality of work and maintain a tight order of discipline and organization.
Write Standard operating procedures relating to HRVault
Interact with records owners and solve concerns
Follow company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of administration experience.
Strong sense of compliance and willingness to adhere to rules and regulations
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact professionalism and diplomacy.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
