Your new work environment
As Manager Corporate Communications you will join our Group Communications team. Together we shape how customers associates investors and other stakeholders see Ahold Delhaize. We manage our reputation and bring the companys mission and values to life through communications on topics such as sustainability inclusion and tech/AI. With responsibility for international communications across two continents the impact of our work is far-reaching. We are a dynamic team with diverse backgrounds united by the ambition to make a real difference.
You will have the freedom and responsibility to take ownership of your work while broadening your horizons through close collaboration with colleagues from our great local brands in different countries. We support one another and actively invest in developing talent and skills for the future.
Key responsibilities of your role
You will work on a variety of assignments that cover the full scope of external communications reputation management and leadership positioning including:
What gets measured gets managed. You will lead our reputation tracking in collaboration with an external research agency covering both the Ahold Delhaize brand and the strong local brands within our family. This enables close collaboration with leadership teams at the local brands and the effective presentation of insights and outcomes.
