Job Summary

Main purpose of the job (max 5):

  • Drive the development and optimization of sales channels to enhance market coverage sales efficiency and competitive advantages
  • Analyze market trends and develop sales channel strategies based on industry insights.
  • Identify and develop channel partners ensuring sales channel development plans align with overall business objectives
  • Design and build up system to evaluate and monitor regularly channel performance
  • Enhance the competencies of sales channel partners through training plan development and comprehensive support

Primary responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement channel strategies based on market analysis
  • Plan and execute channel development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Optimize channel structures to improve channel performance and sales efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong cooperative relationships with channel partners to ensure sustainable sales growth.
  • Design and build up system to evaluate and monitor regularly channel performance
  • Evaluate channel partners performance and develop improvement measures together with National Channel and Service Team
  • Define the training structure to channel partners on commercial and technical aspects and support the delivery of training programs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations of channel business service level achievement and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with National Channel and Service Team to support channel partners business growth

Education: Bachelors degree preferably in Business Marketing Agriculture or related fields

Minimum No of years of experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales channel management marketing or business development preferably in the dairy or agricultural industry

Min. Managerial experience or specific skills required:

  • Minimum 23 years of managerial experience leading teams or managing dealer networks.
  • Familiarity with industry channel models
  • Strategic thinking strong execution and teamwork capabilities
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Workable English proficiency in writing and speaking
  • Data analysis and market insight
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Training and coaching abilities
