Job Description

Job Title: Senior Process Development Engineer
Job Responsibilities:

- As the Process Industrialization Engineer for NPI projects design set up and qualify the Manufacturing Process on time and meeting needed quality performance and Capacity requirements.

- Follow the Philips internal procedure to plan and validate the manufacturing process with needed PV deliverables.

- Plan prepare and lead pilot run build to support the manufacturing process qualification including but not limited to WI Equipment Material Man etc.

- Analysis engineering BOM and set up Manufacturing BOM in SAP.

- Support NMPA and other QMS audit by explaining the PIE owned deliverables and clearly answering PIE related questions from Auditors.

- Applies lean manufacturing principles and implements continuous improvement methodologies to enhance productivity and optimize outcomes within the production environment.

- Co-Lead DFMAT activity with R&D team and make sure the Manufacturing requirements are embedded in the design from the beginning of NPI projects.

- Clearly understand QMS requirement and ensure 100% Process Compliance.

- Be able to communicate and work with cross-functional teams in different regions.

- Be able to work under pressure during the critical milestones of NPI projects.

Youre the right fit if:

a) Education: Bachelors / Masters degree in mechanical engineering Electronics Engineering Sciences Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.

b) Experience: Minimal 3 years of Process Validation related Engineering roles and at least 2 years in Medical Device Industry.
