Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview

• Technical Solution Consultant with deep expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading TMS platforms and strong technical and functional knowledge of transportation operations.
• Blue Yonder TMS GT NEXUS TMS PARCEL SYSTEMS TMS interface with 3rd party systems
• Minium 3-5 years of design develop and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• End to end TMS implementation projects from requirements through go live and hypercare performing role on Technical Architect or Consultant.
• Design develop test and deploy Java based applications and web services.
• configure TMS solutions including carrier setup routing guides rating engines and system parameters.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend optimizations or enhancements.
• Lead systems integrations across TMS WMS ERP OMS and parcel carriers (EDI/XML/API).
• Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues in TMS and integrated systems.
• Collaborate with Java and integration teams to develop custom extensions APIs and microservices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain high engineering standards.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Support performance tuning debugging and production issue resolution.

• Hands on Configuring TMS solutions Blue Yonder GT Nexus and parcel systems
• Good Understand on BlueYonder solution Technical Architecture
• Strategy and Parameter fine Tuning for Optimization
• Middleware tool knowledge Data warehousing & ETL familiarity Data mapping and Data Transforming with TMS systems
• API/EDI/XML integration patterns
• Multi tier architecture microservices event driven patterns
• Security protocols & data encryption
• RESTful API development
• Java SE 8/11/17 Development Experience Must
• SQL (MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle) normalization query tuning
• NoSQL (MongoDB Redis) Added advantage
• API design (Swagger/OpenAPI) JSON/XML Servlets/JSP

• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
• Monitoring tools (JProfiler VisualVM New Relic)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer science or related field
• Oracle Certified Java Programmer
• Experience with reactive programming (Reactor RxJava)
• Exposure to front end frameworks (Angular React Vue)
