We are seeking a senior Finance Transformation Leader operating at a CFO advisory level accountable for driving enterprise-wide financial and ERP transformation and delivering measurable business outcomes.

This role requires a leader who can bridge Finance Operations and Technology engage directly with executive stakeholders and lead transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.

Key Outcomes and Responsibilities

CFO Advisory and Strategy

Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and Finance leadership.

Drive initiatives that improve working capital cash flow margin and cost structure.

Enhance forecast accuracy and financial visibility.

Translate strategic priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps.

Finance Transformation Leadership

Lead end-to-end transformation across Record to Report Procure to Pay and Order to Cash.

Deliver measurable improvements in close cycle efficiency reporting accuracy and process standardization.

Define future-state operating models and governance frameworks.

ERP Transformation (EBS to Fusion)

Define and execute the roadmap from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

Ensure the ERP supports business performance and operational needs.

Bridge Finance stakeholders and delivery teams to enable successful outcomes.

Value Realization and Performance Management

Own KPI definition and tracking (e.g. close cycle reduction working capital improvement forecast accuracy).

Deliver visible measurable wins within the first 90 days.

Communicate progress and value realization to executive stakeholders.

First 90 Days Expectations

Establish credibility with the CFO and Finance leadership.

Assess current-state finance processes and ERP effectiveness.

Identify key gaps impacting financial performance.

Deliver 2 3 quick wins that demonstrate tangible value.

Define a clear executable transformation roadmap.

Required Experience

15 years in Finance Transformation CFO Advisory or Finance leadership.

Proven experience engaging CFOs and influencing executive decisions.

Track record of delivering quantifiable outcomes (e.g. working capital improvement close cycle reduction forecast accuracy).

Deep experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

Preferred Background

Experience with leading consulting firms (e.g. Deloitte EY PwC Accenture).

Experience as a Vice President of Finance Finance Director Interim CFO or Fractional CFO.

Experience in manufacturing or complex global environments.
