Role
This role combines deep Agile coaching expertise with strong understanding of AWS based delivery models to drive predictable scalable and value focused outcomes across ConsultantThe Agile Consultant AWS leads Agile adoption and maturity for teams delivering cloud native solutions on Amazon Web Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile transformation initiatives for AWS cloud programs and platforms
Coach multiple teams Product Owners Scrum Masters and leadership on Agile mindset and practices
Align Agile delivery with AWS cloud native DevOps and automation practicesFacilitate enterprise level Agile ceremonies and planning events
Define Agile governance metrics and continuous improvement practicesIdentify and resolve cross team and organizational impediments
Mentor junior Agile coaches and consultants
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum Kanban SAFe and hybrid experience scaling Agile across AWS based or cloud native teamsGood understanding of AWS core services and cloud delivery patterns
Experience working with DevOps CI CD and infrastructure automation teamsStrong facilitation coaching and stakeholder management skills
