Job Summary

Required Education And Experience

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in maintenance and/or engineering leadership within an industrial or manufacturing environment (paper manufacturing preferred).
Demonstrated experience leading teams managing capital projects and supporting 24/7 operations.
Papermaking processes equipment and quality systems
Mechanical electrical and controls systems
Facilities utilities and infrastructure systems
Preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies
Safety systems hazard analysis and regulatory compliance

Project Management: Proven experience managing complex capital and maintenance projects.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of mechanical electrical controls and process systems in a manufacturing environment.
