General Summary
Provides Account Management Support for assigned account(s) including coordination of forecasting logistics demand planning sales opportunities and customer interaction that delivers an excellent customer experience with the CommScope supply chain.
Regular interaction with the customers as the point of contact for internal activities to include Order Entry (selected direct accounts) quality marketing quotes pricing supply chain logistics escalation and invoicing.
Client Success Management is defined as the coordination of internal activities/functions related to sales contracts opportunities and purchases of products and solutions.
Drive monitor and adjust project provisions based on sales opportunity customer forecast manufacturing capacity available inventory and raw material.
Identifies necessary supply chain plan and timeline to support the implementation of the opportunity with end user sales and project implementation teams to include contractors. Responsible to provide customer specific KPIs and metrics (delivery quality supply chain order management etc.) as part of the customer monthly/quarterly reviews of CommScope performance to expectations or contractual terms.
Provision Management for business. Process improvement and simplification within Client Success Management team with using automation and Global alignment across CommScope.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact to the customer for supply chain management. Build and strengthen our relationships with the Key contacts via regular phone calls emails and business review meetings.
- Provides Account Management Support for assigned account(s) including coordination of forecasting logistics demand planning sales opportunities and customer interaction that delivers an excellent customer experience with the CommScope supply chain.
- Regular interaction with the customers as the point of contact for internal activities to include Order Entry quality marketing quotes pricing supply chain logistics customer concern and invoicing.
- Client Success Management is defined as the coordination of internal activities/functions related to sales contracts opportunities and purchases of products and solutions.
- Drive monitor and adjust project provisions based on sales opportunity customer forecast manufacturing capacity available inventory and raw material.
- Facilitate regular update calls with cross-functional team and participate in discussions with end customers.Identifies necessary supply chain plan and timeline to support the implementation of the opportunity with end user sales and project implementation teams to include contractors.
- Lead to completion multiple concurrent project assignments of varying size and scope medium to large single projects to include logistical support during project initiation project planning project execution project control and project closure.
- Ensuring that the project objectives are met by monitoring the order and fulfillment progress using appropriate project management protocol tools & communication vehicles.
- Maintain manage and follow up on quality/issues log from inception to resolution
- Work with bids & quotes to provide support and expedites to sales for pricing and quotes for specified accountsResponsible to provide customer specific KPIs and metrics (delivery quality supply chain order management etc.) as part of the customer monthly/quarterly reviews of CommScope performance to expectations or contractual terms.
- Provision Management for APAC Enterprise business. Process improvement and simplification within Client Success Management team using automation and Global alignment across CommScope.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in related field and / or 5 years of related experience
- Mandarin and English speaking is required
- Excellent communication negotiation presentation and facilitation skills with all associate and Management levels
- Ability to work independently; self-starter
- Strong planning analyzing interpretation and documentation of process flow methodology
- Leadership relationship management and team-building skills
- Project management experience and an understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated organizational problem-solving analytical and decision-making ability.
- Considerable experience with computer applications including PC-based business applications and project management software. i.e. SAP MS Office
- Ability to travel as needed for up to 10% of the work period.
