A Day in the Life:

The Grain Marketing Analyst is actively involved in our corporate CRM tool and is responsible for the development of reporting and tools that support all the key business indicators as well as analyzing data and support of the merchant group and country grain marketing team.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Work with the country and the office in the development of key reports that provide value to support our business activities.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales performance grower engagement territory management and supply chain metrics.

  • Validate data quality and support data governance initiatives.

  • Assist business teams with insights for forecasting and planning.

  • Coordinate project timelines deliverables and communication with stakeholders & create user documentation process guides and training materials.

  • Collaborate with IT vendors and cross functional project teams.

  • Support testing cycles (UAT regression testing) and ensure successful deployments.

  • Support the country marketing and operations teams including face-to-face to ensure understanding and utilization of reporting.

  • Monitor and analyze contracting programs and supplies results to the marketing team as requested.

  • Monitors producer customer accounts to ensure tagging linking and profiles are current and correct including seeded acres and contact information.

  • Completes facility and Market Center draw competitor and customer analysis as requested.

  • Completes customer analytics including developing customer lists and analytic strategies.

  • Performs other duties as required.

Skills/Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum four (4) years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or a similar role.

  • Post-secondary education in Agriculture Economics Commerce or Business Administration.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and CRM best practices.

  • Experience supporting agriculture agribusiness or supply chain-driven industries.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to lead and manage projects and collaborate with others for idea generation.

  • Technology proficient (Microsoft applications).

  • Dynamic and able to easily take direction.

  • Ability to deliver training to small and large groups of stakeholders.

  • Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Admin Business Analyst Sales Cloud Consultant).

  • Preferred: Knowledge of the agriculture industry and workflows or grain merchandising.

  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience that result in the required level of knowledge skill and competence will be considered.

  • Be able to travel to the Unites Sates when required.
