Job Title: Production Support Analyst

Job description

Monitor triage and resolve production incidents raised by business users
Provide day-to-day operational support for the Archer platform and in-scope use cases.
Participate in the Change Process for production changes.
Support deployment activities and post-release verification.
Provide status updates on incidents risks and backlog items.
Escalate critical issues appropriately and communicate impact and resolution clearly.
Maintain support documentation and known-issue logs.
Capture root cause analyses (RCA) for all incidents.
Experience is an asset
