What Were Looking For:
- Friendly and energetic with great people skills
- Able to multitask and stay positive under pressure
- Dependable and punctual
- Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not requiredwell train the right person!
- Prep vegetables meats sauces and other ingredients daily
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
- Properly label date and store food
- Assist line cooks as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Kitchen or prep experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
