Job Summary
Summary
This position is located at MWR Schofield Bowling Center Schofield Barracks Hawaii (Island of Oahu).

- Assists patrons in the use of the facility and circulates among patrons to ensure that service is satisfactory
- Receives and resolves customer complaints
- Provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment facilities and machinery
- Plans conducts publicizes and arranges support for special events social activities tournament and related functions
- Provides work guidance to other staff
Conditions of employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts or irregular schedule to include nights weekends and holidays.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
