Were building a tight high-performing painting crew for a growing residential painting business and were looking for people who take pride in quality work show up prepared and want to be part of something that runsprofessionally and efficiently.
Were looking for painters who treat the job like a craft - not a side task.

What Youll Be Doing
Interior and exterior residential painting projects
Surface prep masking sanding patching and cleanup
Applying paint with consistency efficiency and attention to detail
Working on-site and managing a small team while being accountable for results
Communicating professionally with clients
Following clear systems and quality standards on every job
Youll be trusted to do real work and expected to do it well.
