Lead Analyst Reports

By joining us as a Lead Analyst Reports you will support Business Intelligence using Microsoft analytics and data platforms. You will demonstrate your data analytics experience by focusing on reports and dashboard creation data modeling data mining database management and providing insights and recommendations. You will work with SQL MS Excel and Power BI to create data models for strategic and self-service business intelligence.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Clarify evaluate and recommend report scope timelines and structures and monitor assigned report requests.
• Perform data validation and data gathering communicate with resource person to get raw data needed for report generation and extract quantitative information from databases using nonstandard queries.
• Clean format consolidate and standardize data from different sources and combine extracted data using queries (SQL MS Access).
• Create histograms charts summaries and statistical calculations to support interpretation and decisionmaking.
• Analyze information and data using predictive and prescriptive analytics including data interpretation data correlation forecasting and hypothesis testing.
• Provide status updates raise issues build new reports and templates develop automation tools/scripts and propose improvements to reporting processes.
• Support project initiation and planning by gathering and clarifying requirements creating prototypes or mockups preparing documentation and estimating work.
• Troubleshoot and optimize codes create coding standards or guidelines develop complex modules and implement fixes based on testing results.
• Join and combine data sources design data structures enhance queries and procedures develop ETL tools and troubleshoot major bugs or defects.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related courses.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Intermediate knowledge in MS Access SQL and Statistics.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI Tableau etc.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to manipulate and interpret data.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Working experience in Power BI and advanced MS Excel is a plus.
