JLL is looking for a highly motivated strategic workplace consultant to join our expanding consulting team based in response to industry trends and continued client demand JLL are looking to build on existing workplace expertise to further develop this business line into a highly specialized team. Workplace Strategy will offer clients an end-to-end solution that brings together workplace strategy and design with successful implementation and change management. Our investment in this capability will keep us at the forefront of understanding how people process and place can drive business productivity for our clients.

We are looking for people who are interested in participating in the development and implementation of leading integrated workplace solutions to our clients. We want people who have a consulting mindset and who like to think beyond typical solutions. These roles require a unique mix of strategic insight and analysis entrepreneurial attitude exceptional communication skill and high levels of energy. These roles will appeal to proactive team players that learn quickly and are motivated to solve client problems.

Backgrounds in any of the following: workplace strategy change management business strategy brand strategy design/ architecture sociology organizational behavior research are required. Combination of backgrounds are favored.

General role requirements:

• Experience in supporting workplace strategy and change management programs for clients

• Client relationship management experience

• Be able to support a team in all aspects of project delivery

• A working understanding of the financial management of consultancy projects

• Excellent report writing graphic presentation and communication skills

• Efficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Data research analysis and presentation of data skills

• Are well organized and methodical with good attention to detail

• Able to travel where required

Other preferred skills:

• Fluent in English

• Local marketing network/ sales knowledge and achievement
