Essential Responsibilities:
- Represent Sourcing during scheduled functional reviews and prepare Sourcing Review templates for leadership Business Reviews for NPI programs
- Engage with Supplier Quality Engineers to drive a robust process on Supplier Selection Supplier qualification and monitor Supplier Performance KPIs to develop supply base ability to deliver value
- Work effectively with technology supplier quality site materials and supply chain personnel on day-to-day problem resolutions engineering change process and improvement opportunities
- Lead assigned sourcing initiatives and developed sourcing strategy to drive product lines deflation sole source elimination supplier early engagement supplier on time delivery supplier MOQ/lead-time reduction/VMI programs.
- Partner with key commodity sourcing leaders to align sourcing strategy initiatives and leverage volumes globally and regionally
- Engage the business leadership team to develop sourcing programs / processes
- Conduct qualification & competitive analysis of vendor products / services
- Develop plan and manage programs to meet GE purchasing commitments in Sourcing
- Manage the complete purchasing and contracts (MSA NDA and Bailments)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years Sourcing / Supplier Management experience in a major industrial environment
- Ability to collaborate with remote team across time zones
- Knowledge/expertise of Grid Automation product lines electronic components and mechanical assemblies
- Interpretation of purchasing contracts industry standards regulatory requirement documents

The base pay range for this position is $106400..00 CAD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.
