Were looking for a Fulfilment Team Leader to take charge of our end-to-end order fulfilment operations ensuring every product leaves our doors on time in full and to the highest standard. Youll combine hands-on fulfilment with team leadership process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. From driving operational efficiency to elevating the customer experience youll play a key role in shaping how we deliver excellence across every order.

Key Responsibilities as a Fulfilment Team Leader:
Order Fulfilment
- Oversee and execute end-to-end fulfilment across all product categories.
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders on progress and timelines.
- Ensure accuracy compliance and quality across all orders.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent delays or shortages.
- Troubleshoot fulfilment issues quickly and implement effective corrective actions.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Line manage a diverse fulfilment team providing coaching support and structured feedback.
- Build a culture of accountability teamwork and operational excellence.
- Put the customer experience at the centre of every process.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline workflows.
- Use data to drive smarter decisions automation opportunities and best-practice improvements.
- Partner with PMO Operations and Product teams to align fulfilment processes with business goals.
What Were Looking For:
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in order fulfilment logistics or supply chain operations.
- Managed Service Provider/Telecoms provider experience.
- Strong leadership background with experience managing multi-skilled teams.
- Excellent problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Confident using fulfilment systems data and reporting to inform decisions.
- Detail-driven with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business.
- Proactive mindset with a drive for operational excellence.
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Order accuracy and on-time delivery performance.
- Team engagement development and performance.
- Efficiency gains and cost savings achieved through optimised processes.

- 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) with entitlement increasing by one day for each full calendar year employed up to a maximum of five days.
