Were looking for a Fulfilment Team Leader to take charge of our end-to-end order fulfilment operations ensuring every product leaves our doors on time in full and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities as a Fulfilment Team Leader:

Order Fulfilment

• Oversee and execute end-to-end fulfilment across all product categories.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders on progress and timelines.
• Ensure accuracy compliance and quality across all orders.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent delays or shortages.
• Troubleshoot fulfilment issues quickly and implement effective corrective actions.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Line manage a diverse fulfilment team providing coaching support and structured feedback.
• Build a culture of accountability teamwork and operational excellence.
• Put the customer experience at the centre of every process.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline workflows.
• Use data to drive smarter decisions automation opportunities and best-practice improvements.
• Partner with PMO Operations and Product teams to align fulfilment processes with business goals.

What Were Looking For:

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in order fulfilment logistics or supply chain operations.
• Managed Service Provider/Telecoms provider experience.
• Strong leadership background with experience managing multi-skilled teams.
• Excellent problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Calm under pressure with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Confident using fulfilment systems data and reporting to inform decisions.
• Detail-driven with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business.
• Proactive mindset with a drive for operational excellence.
