Join our Regional C&B team in Sao Paulo Brazil as a Total Rewards Partner and help define the Compensation and Benefits strategy primarily supporting Brazil with opportunity to support other LATAM countries. The role of Compensation & Benefits Associate Director offers the opportunity to drive regional and international projects across various Compensation & Benefits areas working across the broader International and Global C&B team leveraging cross functional resources.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • You will define and implement the Compensation and Benefits strategy supporting Brazil and also across multiple countries supporting regional projects.

  • Design and develop compensation and benefit policies aligned with global and regional guidance.

  • Provide support and direction for Compensation & Benefits policies to key stakeholders ensuring clarity and consistency.

  • Become a key Compensation & Benefits partner for various country divisions and functions.

  • Offer strategic consultation to HRBPs COEs and line leaders to drive meaningful impact.

  • Youll manage compensation processes including job leveling offers salary reviews and benchmarking with precision.

  • Lead the design and development of benefits programs while managing local vendors effectively.

  • Participate in regional and international Compensation & Benefits projects as a Category lead influencing beyond borders.

What Makes You A Great Fit

Required

  • You hold a Bachelors degree in relevant area or equivalent qualifications.

  • Have experience in Human Resources including a strong background in Compensation and Benefits.

  • Expertise in Compensation & Benefits Management and Strategic Communication is your strong suit.

  • Strong analytical skills and vendor management experience enhance your performance.

  • You understand governance structures business needs and possess strong financial acumen.

  • Ability to work under pressure manage competing priorities and motivate others with ease.

  • You are an advanced speaker in English and Portuguese.

Preferred

  • A Masters or other advanced degree is a plus.

  • Experience specifically in Compensation & Benefits within big Pharma or consulting firms (multinational).

  • Advanced in Spanish would be considered a plus.
