What you will do:

Provides Total Rewards consultancy services to internal customers in support of benefit and total health & wellbeing programs compensation management employee relocation & expatriatemanagementand retirement programs. The role acts as the functional expert in one or more Total Rewards disciplines and manages a team of Total Rewards SpecialistPartnersor Senior Partners. The role manages and leads projects and solves complex Total Reward challenges

Ensure the Total Rewards programs enhance our ability to recruit andretainemployees.
Review existing programs propose modification to existing programs or design of new programs to ensure the achievement of a competitive market position aligned with our business and talent objectives
Lead the design and implementation of Total Rewards programs including project management communication change management and vendor management
Lead internal team(s) to ensure delivery of Total Rewards programs processes and services ensures compliance with company or legal requirements and securely manages employee data in line with company policies
Manages external vendors ensuring delivery of service and operational metrics

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability todeterminethe root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability toimpactdecisions within and outside own organization.
Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Program Management: Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan organizemonitor and control the set of projects ensuring efficientutilizationof technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives.

Compensation Management: Knowledge of compensationstructure andregulations and policies related to compensation; ability to design implement and evaluate compensation programspoliciesand processes within an organization.
Retirement Programs: Knowledge of featurespoliciesand processes of retirement programs; ability to implement and manage employee retirement programs and plans.
