Content Acquisition Mgr., Global Film Acquisitions

We are seeking a strategic highly analytical Acquisitions Executive to join our Global Film Acquisitions this role you will lead deal negotiations end-to-end and shape acquisition strategies that support Amazons global film portfolio. You will source and secure externally produced films for distribution on Prime Video and for theatrical release through Amazon MGM Studios partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling content to customers worldwide.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead negotiations for global and regional film licensing and acquisition deals
- Develop data-driven business models and valuation analyses to support deal recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional partnersincluding Content Strategy Business Affairs Marketing Finance and Creative teamsto align acquisition decisions with Amazons strategic objectives
- Develop and own strategy documents and presentations
- Evaluate acquisition opportunities qualitatively and quantitatively

- 5 years of account management business development content licensing or finance experience
- Knowledge of MS Word PowerPoint Excel Google docs and sheets
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)

- 1 years of organizing events for content creators (e.g. education summits booths at events) experience
- 5 years of content acquisition or sync licensing experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
