Job Summary

We are partnering with a growing organization in the perishable food space to identify a senior FSQA leader who can elevate and scale food safety and quality programs across the business. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to executive leadership offering the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the organizations food safety culture systems and operational performance.

Based in the Greater Minneapolis area this position is open to both local candidates and those open to relocation.

Key Qualifications and Strengths:

8 years of progressive experience in food safety and quality management within food manufacturing
Demonstrated success leading regulatory GFSI and customer audits as well as building and scaling FSQA programs
Proven ability to manage develop and motivate teams while fostering a strong food safety culture
Strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills with a hands-on approach
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across operations leadership and cross-functional teams
