Job Summary
Ensures case management reporting and service delivery meet funder requirements and internal quality standards.
Conduct internal file audits and quality checks.
Identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
Assist with preparation for state and federal audits.
Document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
Train staff on compliance protocols.
Qualifications :
Required:
Associate or Bachelors degree in Human Services Business or related field.
2 years of compliance auditing or case management experience.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Hourly Range: $24.40 - $27.40
