KX Technologies is a leading manufacturer of water filters for the residential market. We are seeking skilled manufacturing workers to join our 2nd shift team. The Operator 2 position requires experience working in light manufacturing working on automated or semi-automated assembly lines and experience working as part of a high-functioning manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain complex light automation equipment with minimal supervision.
Ensure the efficient and safe operation of manufacturing processes.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Train new team members.
Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to operate light automation equipment independently.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
English communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends if necessary.
Able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 45 lbs.
