About Us
The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is a fast-casual restaurant serving fresh authentic Mediterranean food with genuine hospitality. Were looking for a confident upbeat Shift Lead to help set the tone lead the team and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.

Position Summary
The Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations supporting the team and ensuring outstanding service. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who leads by example stays organized under pressure and enjoys working with people.

What Were Looking For:

Friendly and energetic with great people skills
Able to multitask and stay positive under pressure
Dependable and punctual
Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not requiredwell train the right person!

Responsibilities

Lead and support team members during shifts
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
Train coach and motivate team members
Ensure cleanliness organization and food safety standards are met
Manage opening and closing procedures
Coordinate with BOH to ensure smooth service flow
Handle POS operations cash handling and online orders
Maintain a positive team-first culture

Qualifications

Hard worker with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude
Attention to detail
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job including standing for long periods andbending repeatedly
