As we continue to expand were looking for a Head of Technology to lead our technical vision strengthen our systems and infrastructure and drive innovation across the organization.

Position Overview
The Head of Technology will own AppJaxxs technology strategy and execution. This role is responsible for building optimizing and scaling our tech stack automation CRM systems and internal tools to support rapid growth operational efficiency and an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-onsomeone who can design scalable architectures implement smart automation and turn business needs into reliable secure and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the companys overall technology strategy aligned with business goals.
Build manage and optimize CRM systems automation workflows and internal tools.
Design and maintain scalable reliable and secure technical infrastructure to support growth.
Collaborate closely with Operations Sales Marketing and Client Delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee data architecture integrations and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and visibility across the business.
Establish and maintain technical SOPs documentation and best practices.
Evaluate implement and manage third-party tools platforms and vendors.
Ensure system security data protection and compliance with relevant standards.
Lead and support technical resources (internal or external) including hiring training and performance management.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation AI and emerging technologies.
