The Role
Were hiring an Outbound Sales Rep (Growth Track) to own client delivery quality and performance translating strategy into execution coaching juniors and driving consistent qualified meetings that convert into pipeline. Youll handle multiple clients QA meetings manage expectations with CSMs identify risks early and contribute to playbook improvements. Performance-driven with real ownership.
What Youll Do
Own delivery outcomes for assigned clients execute and optimize outbound campaigns.
Translate ICP signals messaging into clear execution briefs for juniors.
QA meetings check quality relevance conversion signals.
Coach Junior GCs on qualification objection handling prioritization.
Manage client expectations alongside CSMs provide context no excuses.
Identify performance risks early and act fast (process quality capacity).
30/60/90 Outcomes
Day 30 Own 35 clients; coach 12 juniors; first QA improvements shipped.
Day 60 Consistent pipeline delivery; junior improvement visible; risks surfaced early.
