Job Summary

We are a global creative agency specializing in motion design animation video content graphic design and creative strategy. We are expanding our presence in India across B2B and B2C markets and are looking for someone passionate about creative storytelling to connect with brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage mid-to-large brands across India (Retail FMCG Hospitality Pharma DTC tech lifestyle entertainment wellness etc.).

  • Build relationships with CMOs Brand Managers and Creative Directors to pitch creative solutions.

  • Lead outreach and business development via LinkedIn email events and warm introductions.

  • Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to pitch to close.

  • Collaborate with creative leadership to shape proposals and pitch decks.

  • Represent the agency at industry events both virtually and in-person.



Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in business development brand partnerships or sales at a creative agency or production studio.
  • Strong network in the marketing/brand ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with motion design video production content marketing or design services.
  • Proactive able to work independently with excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and commercial drive.

Good-to-Have:

  • Experience selling to B2B and B2C brands.
  • Background in creative services or brand storytelling.
  • Experience working at or with creative agencies.

Required Education:

Bachelors degree or MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
