iSearch Solution Private Limited is looking for a motivated Sales Caller to join our Sales department in Delhi. This full-time on-site position presents an excellent opportunity to engage with potential clients and contribute to our marketing and advertising initiatives.
As a Sales Caller you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers promoting our services and generating leads. Your role will be vital in driving sales growth and expanding our client base working closely with our marketing team to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
We offer a competitive salary range of 15000 - 20000 monthly along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional development and success.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive attitude and a passion for sales
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
