Position : Collection Manager
Reports To : HOD
Experience : Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience
Job Location : Andheri (East)
Qualification : Graduation/Post Graduation

Responsibilities and Duties:
Financial services Industry (DP/Broking/ RTA or Merchant Banking)
Coordinate with the Accounts Team to get the complete details of the outstanding dues.
Sending invoices on mail to the clients periodically.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely collections against the
Aggressive follow up is required to be done for clients delaying payments.
Answering all the questions/queries clients may have about unpaid bills.
Effective follow up is required to be done with branches to meet the recovery target set at the beginning of the month.
Take appropriate decision in consultation with MD in case there is a dispute with client with respect to outstanding dues and resolve it immediately.
Present the data (MIS) on the outstanding dues on daily basis to the management.
Timely reconciliation of debtors ledger.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
Qualification: Commerce graduate with good academic record.
The candidate should have at least 5 yrs. of experience in payment collection.
Good understanding of accounting policies.
Advanced computer skills of MS Office accounting software preferably Tally.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good English communication skills (both reading & writing).
